Health and safety are our top priorities at EETL. We use the following procedures in order to maintain the highest safety standards:
- Employee certificates are meticulously tracked per skill set. When a worker's training is about to expire, renewal notifications will be sent.
- There is a boot camp for new hires and foreign workers coming to Canada.
- Random safety audits to assess field compliance and performance in terms of safety.
- Our approach to continuous improvement makes sure we are constantly concerned with safety and pushing our own procedures..
